Basic computer proficiency courses are designed for individuals who have limited experience with technology. Participants will learn fundamental skills such as navigating the web, and using basic programs.
Generation Z is engaging in emotional support and personal growth in a transformative way thanks to Artificial Intelligence.
This isn’t just a trend; it’s a paradigm shift in how the next generation experiences empathy and support.
As AI becomes embedded in students’ emotional landscapes, educators must adapt their deep understanding of human connection to align with this new reality.
This course is designed for teachers, whether novices or seasoned professionals, who have built their careers on fostering personal connections with students.
We aim to help educators leverage their invaluable emotional intelligence within an AI-enhanced educational environment.
Recognizing that technology can feel overwhelming, this course provide a safe and supportive space for teachers to explore AI at their own pace while respecting their traditional teaching wisdom.
Participants will delve into evidence-based approaches to empathic AI integration, including:
- Understanding the psychological impact of AI on student emotional development;
- Creating blended support systems that combine human wisdom with AI assistance;
- Developing emotional literacy for the AI age;
- Building authentic connections in technology-mediated environments.
Our approach combines the warmth of traditional teaching with gentle technological support.
Through the unique “Tech & Heart Buddy System,” participants receive one-on-one guidance from tech-savvy colleagues who bridge emotional and technical expertise.
No technical background is required – participants simply need their teaching heart and experience.
The course includes “Reflection Labs” which emphasize creating meaningful, AI-enhanced solutions tailored to students’ emotional needs while keeping the human touch central to education.
This course emphasizes using AI as a tool to enhance – not replace – the human connection that makes teaching meaningful. Every AI tool is introduced through the lens of empathy and relationship-building, ensuring that technology serves as a complement to human insight.
By the course’s end, participants will gain confidence in navigating the intersection of emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence, and learn to use AI tools to foster healthy emotional relationships in education.
Finally, they will learn to develop strategies to create more time for meaningful student connections by leveraging AI’s capabilities.
