Erasmus+ Funding Deadlines

In order to be considered eligible, the application forms must be duly completed and submitted to the applicant’s national agency via the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform (for KA1 and KA2 projects) or to the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (for Jean Monnet projects) within the deadlines set in the specific calls for proposals.

Erasmus+ KA1 projects

  • For Erasmus+ KA1 projects the 2024 deadline was the 20th of February.
  • For Short-term projects for the mobility of learners and staff in school/adult/VET education, there may be a second round depending on the single National Agency and the deadline is the 1st October 2024.

Erasmus+ KA2 projects

  • For Cooperation Partnership within Erasmus+ KA2 projects the 2024 deadline was the 5th of March, there may be a second one depending on the single National Agencies with the deadline on the 1st October.
  • For Small-scale Partnerships there are two deadlines: the 5th of March and the 1st of October 2024.

Erasmus+ KA1 Accreditation

  • For Erasmus+ KA1 Accreditation the deadline is the 1st of October 2024 – Once obtained the accreditation remains valid for the entire duration of the Erasmus 2021 – 2027 Programme. Accredited organizations will submit a facilitated grant request by February 2025, in line with the school development plan outlined in their application.
