This course introduces teachers to Erasmus+ projects and provides them with the skills to design and deliver student mobility projects that align with their school’s objectives.
Participants will learn how to create mobility plans, select students, and ensure their safety during international exchanges.
This course addresses the need for practical guidance on planning and executing Erasmus projects.
During the course, participants will explore key aspects of Erasmus project planning, including identifying school needs through a SWOT analysis, aligning these needs with Erasmus priorities, and defining tangible project outcomes.
They will also engage in workshops on selecting students for mobilities, ensuring safety during travel, and developing application forms.
Participants will use tools like eTwinning and Europass Project Platforms to find partners, draft mobility plans, and create effective dissemination and evaluation strategies.
By the end of the course, participants will have the skill to design and implement students mobilities enabling them to create cultural and educational experiences for students.

Analyzing school-specific needs and priorities;
Workshop: SWOT analysis;
Defining project outcomes aligned with Erasmus+ priorities.
Day 3 – Developing project outcomes and mobilities
Defining mobility types and goals of cross-cultural exchange;
Interactive section: using Europass or eTwinning for partner search;
Workshop: designing mobility plans and creating safety plan templates for mobilities.
Day 4 – Planning student mobilities
Creating fair and inclusive student selection criteria as a part of mobility planning;
Workshop: Creating student application forms and evaluation rubrics;
Discussion: Students’ roles and responsibilities; communication protocols;
Workshop: Developing safety and risk management plans and protocols;
School visit.
Day 5 – Defining and disseminating project results
Measuring and evaluating project outcomes – identifying tangible and intangible project results;
Creating dissemination strategies for project results;
Final presentations and group feedback on drafted projects;
Examples of successful Erasmus projects.
Day 6 – Course closure and cultural activities
Course evaluation: round-up of acquired competencies, feedback, and discussion;
Awarding of the course Certificate of Attendance;
Excursion and other external cultural activities.
