Basic computer proficiency courses are designed for individuals who have limited experience with technology. Participants will learn fundamental skills such as navigating the web, and using basic programs.
This course tackles two of the main issues educators face in schools nowadays: the need to create healthy learning environments where bullying and discrimination prevention is taken care of, and the demand for more effective use of Education Technology.
Course attendees will acquire deeper awareness concerning the dynamics of bullying, and possible prevention measures for schools, including mindfulness, peer mediation, and projects. They will design tailor-made activities aimed at supporting students’ learning, well-being, and growth.
In addition to that, participants will get inspired on how to effectively integrate edTech apps and AI toolsinto their job, in a way that places the pupils in the center of the learning process. Emphasis will be placed on group work and cooperation, reward systems, and the creation of learning material, videos, quizzes, and educational games.
By the end of the course, participants will have developed skills and practiced methodologies to understand prejudice, prevent conflicts, manage emotions, and foster a better school environment.
Alongside, attendees will have gained ideas on how to use technology and different apps in a Student-Centered Classroom, and they will have created ready-to-use activities that are suitable for their learners.

Online platforms for studying and memorizing.
Day 4 – Choose your ICT solutions for a more engaging learning environment
Using videos in the classroom or as homework in a flipped lesson;
Games and quizzes;
Plan a lesson incorporating ICT tools to boost students’ participation and fun.
Day 5 – Make school activities a chance for growth
Student-centered teaching methodologies;
Design your school project;
Sharing and getting feedback.
Day 6 – Course closure and cultural activities
Course evaluation: round-up of acquired competencies, feedback, and discussion;
Awarding of the course Certificate of Attendance;
Excursion and other external cultural activities.
