Description
Training and developing personal and social skills challenge the traditional and performance-driven educational paradigm worldwide.
This approach aims to promote Well-being Ambassadors creating happy schools in a holistic perspective in the classroom and beyond, providing schools with knowledge and life skills to build a strong foundation in each student.
This contemporary educational approach is based on Positive Psychology and Playful Learning, focusing on strengths and exercises creating a common language of wellbeing in the classroom and the school in general.
Throughout the course, participants will learn a variety of mind-body activities to promote personal and social-emotional skills.
During the course, they will also be introduced to excellent leadership and the art of inspiring followers.
Today, leadership is less about formal titles and more about creating an environment where people feel positive about themselves and their surroundings.
Being a Well-being Ambassador means embodying effective leadership by fostering a sense of well-being and self-worth in those around you.
Participants will be invited to design a personal project based on a common language of well-being to share with their colleagues once they go back to school.
Additionally, they will be involved in an active learning process also focusing on personal experience and self-reflection, combining cognitive and emotional elements to make the learning process easier and ensure long-lasting retention of the new knowledge.
By the end of the course, participants will have learned how to design programs that combine academics and performance with the development of character strengthening and well-being, such as the experience of playful learning, Positive Psychology, and the well-being code.
