  • Barriers to habit change;
  • Strategies to overcome challenges.

Day 3 – Effective teaching and learning habits

  • Habits of highly effective teachers and students;
  • Time management and organizational habits;
  • Making behavior automatic.

Day 4 – Transformative mindset

  • Mindset transformation;
  • Habit tracking;
  • Environment design.

Day 5 – Long-term habit and mindset strategies

  • Motivation;
  • Long-term habit and mindset maintenance;
  • Journaling;
  • Sharing ideas.

Day 6 – Course closure and cultural activities
