This course is designed for forward-thinking educators, including school administrators and principals, who understand AI’s transformative impact on educational leadership and decision-making. Engaging in this course will equip them to navigate and lead confidently in an AI-enhanced educational setting.

AI can be included in every part of the school, and this course will teach participants how to do it. We aim to guide teachers and school principals on the journey of understanding AI’s role in educational leadership. We’ll use activities they can participate in, and group talks to learn together.
During the course, participants will experience AI tools that help with syllabus creation, professional development, team-building activities, curriculum design, creating appropriate rubrics, designing individualized education plans, and many more.
We’ll also have a “Reflection Roundtable” every day with a specific question. It’s a time to chat about what we’ve learned, exchange thoughts, and maybe even start team projects between schools.
By the end of this course, participants should have a roadmap for creating a vision for AI in their schools and will have a clear understanding of how AI fits into education.

Day 4 – Designing a curriculum

- Creating a digital literacy plan for your school;

- Infusing technology with purpose and vision.

Day 6 – Course closure and cultural activities
