Innovative Educational Leadership: Your Soft Skills Toolkit

Description

Concept by Veerle Ponnet

What exactly do we mean when we talk about leadership skills? Leadership skills are needed to successfully motivate and direct others.

True leadership talents, however, go beyond that! True Leadership talents also include the capacity to foster the development of soft skills or, as we like to call them, power skills. The most effective leaders are those who inspire others to attain success!

Throughout the course, participants will engage in a variety of activities and discussions that are aimed at developing their leadership skills, including communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and change management.

The course will also focus on the role of innovation in educational leadership and how participants can use their newly acquired skills to drive change and improve the quality of education in their schools and communities.

By the end of the course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the importance of soft skills in educational leadership and will have developed the skills and knowledge necessary to become more effective leaders in the field of education.

*This course is designed for educators and school leaders who are looking to enhance their soft skills and become more effective in their roles as leaders in the educational field.
