Day 3 – Psychological safety in education
What is psychological safety, and why is it important?;
Creating safe and inclusive environments for students;
Psychological Safety Game to explore trust and openness;
Overcoming common barriers to psychological safety in schools.
Day 4 – Agile wellbeing
Introduction to the 4C’s of Agile well-being: Cadence, Capacity, Community, Compass;
Personal well-being scan and energy mapping exercises;
Strategies for integrating well-being into teaching practices;
Balancing teacher and student well-being in a dynamic classroom.
Day 5 – Key concepts and personal reflection
Recap of key concepts: Agility, psychological safety, and well-being;
Applying course concepts to professional and personal life.
Day 6 – Course closure and cultural activities
Course evaluation: round-up of acquired competencies, feedback, and discussion;
Awarding of the course Certificate of Attendance;
