Teacher Trainer in Trapani
- Born in Milan to a family with Sicilian roots, now living a rooted and quiet life in the countryside near Scopello, western Sicily;
- Certified yoga teacher with over 700h of training in Hatha, Yin, Kids and Prenatal Yoga with studies in India, Mexico and Italy;
- Co-founder of Fico d’India Yoga Studio in Castellammare del Golfo, where I teach and coordinate weekly classes, events and retreats;
- Yoga practitioner since 2009 and teacher since 2018, have guided group and private sessions in nature, online, and in collaboration with schools, physiotherapists, artists and disability inclusion projects.
- Passionate about holistic education and inner exploration, I love integrating music and sound into my work.
- Travel often on her own in a self-converted minivan, drawn to adventurous and on-the-road experiences;
