Job shadowing allows teachers to travel abroad to teach their subject in another school or to assist teachers from a foreign school with their daily tasks.
By immersing themselves in a different educational setting, teachers can discover new classroom management strategies, innovative teaching techniques, and different approaches to engage their students.
This opportunity also fosters cross-cultural exchange and international collaboration.

Learning outcomes
The Job Shadowing mobility will help the participants to:

- When: during the school year, depending on availability
- Where: all over Europe, depending on availability
- Duration: 5 days
- Participants: Individual or group (note: groups of more than 5 may be split in more schools)
- Timetables: Typical school hours are from 8:00 or 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Exact schedules depend on the teachers you’ll be shadowing.
- Organisation Fee: 350€
