Erasmus+ is the European Union program open to education, training, youth and sport organizations across all sectors of lifelong learning: primary school education, further and higher education, adult education and the youth sector, as well as musical associations, cultural organizations, vocational education and training.
Erasmus+ Key Actions run for seven years, from 2014 to 2020, with organizations invited to apply for the funding each year for life-changing activities.
Through Erasmus+ your school can collaborate with international partners like Europass, to drive innovation, share best practices, offer training courses abroad to teachers, so that they can develop their professional practice, and gain fresh ideas.
Key Actions is the collective name for activities and projects that can be funded under Erasmus+.
There are three Key Action areas which can be summarised as:
Key Action 1 (KA1) Mobility
Key Action 2 (KA2) Cooperation for Innovation and Exchange of Good Practices
Key Action 3 (KA3) Support for Policy Reform
