How Digital Tools Can Help Running Your School

Description

Concept by Anja Rubčić

Running an organization that deals with any kind of education is challenging. This has proven to be even more challenging in the Digital Age. Online organizational management requires multiple digital tools to help an organization provide high-quality, efficient, productive, imaginative, and creative education.

With this course, participants will learn all the digital tools that are necessary to keep leadership solid and focused, yet sensitive at the same time. The motivation of both employees and learners is vital. As a result, participants will also learn how to efficiently manage their employees’ resources in the Digital Age.

The course will raise awareness of all the needs of learners, teachers, and administration, and how to effectively meet them. Throughout the course, participants will be encouraged to create a plan for applying the newly-taught techniques at all the levels of their own organization.

The focus will be on understanding how to adapt to and overcome the challenges of running an educational organization in the Digital Age.
